Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable Use Policy

The rules of use of our services: what is allowed, what is prohibited and how we handle violations. No anonymous or bulletproof hosting.

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the permitted and prohibited uses of Republic CyberBunker's services. It is an integral part of the relationship with customers and protects all users of the infrastructure. This is a draft under legal review.

Guiding principle

We offer strong, legal and governed infrastructure. We do not offer anonymous or "bulletproof" hosting, and we do not keep content or services online to shield them from legitimate legal requests. Resilience is not impunity.

Prohibited uses

  • Spam, phishing, distribution of malware or command-and-control infrastructure.
  • Illegal content under applicable European and Italian law.
  • Activities that compromise the security, integrity or availability of the network, of other customers or of third parties (including DDoS and routing hijacking).
  • Infringements of intellectual property rights.
  • Services designed to provide anonymity for the purpose of evading legal obligations.

Customer verification

Depending on risk, we apply KYB/KYC procedures. Knowing the customer is the first safeguard of security for all the others.

Handling violations

Abuse reports should be sent to the abuse desk: . Depending on severity, measures may include a removal request, suspension or termination of the service, as well as cooperation with the authorities in the ways provided by law.

Cooperation with the authorities

We work with the competent authorities within the limits and with the safeguards provided by law. Transparency and accountability, not complicity.
