Sovereign Cloud & Compliance

The differentiator: control, not opacity.

European data residency, control plane with no non-EU backdoors, GDPR by design, Acceptable Use Policy and abuse handling. Control, not opacity.

Sovereignty in practice

What makes data sovereign.

Sovereign cloud is not a slogan: it is a European control plane, verifiable data residency and documentable governance.

RES

European data residency

Data physically resides in Europe, under European/Italian jurisdiction. No promises of "data in Switzerland" if the servers are elsewhere: we say where they really are.

CTRL

European control plane

Management and administration of the infrastructure governed in Europe, with no backdoors or access obligations from non-EU entities.

GDPR

GDPR by design

Minimisation, purpose, legal basis and data subject rights considered from the design of the services, not added afterwards.

AUP

Acceptable Use Policy

Clear, public rules of use. We know who we say no to: it is what protects serious customers.

KYB

KYB / KYC where needed

Customer verification proportionate to risk. Compliance is not bureaucracy: it is the difference between a trustworthy provider and an opaque one.

COOP

Abuse desk & cooperation

Structured abuse handling and cooperation with the authorities in the ways provided by law. Transparency, not complicity.

Transparency

We say where the data is. Truthfully.

The building is in Veneto, Italy. The honest narrative is EU / Italian data residency: servers in Italy, European jurisdiction, Swiss promoting company. We do not promise "data in Switzerland" until it is true — and this precision is part of the product.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions on sovereignty and compliance.

Is the data in Switzerland or in Italy?

The building is in Veneto, Italy. We therefore speak of European / Italian data residency. We do not write "data in Switzerland" if the servers are in Italy: the promoting company is Swiss, but data residency follows where the servers physically reside.

What does "control plane with no non-EU backdoors" mean?

The management and administration of the infrastructure are governed in Europe, with no access obligations or backdoors imposed by non-EU regulations. It is the difference between real sovereignty and declared sovereignty.

Do you offer anonymous or "bulletproof" hosting?

No. It is exactly the opposite of our model. We apply an Acceptable Use Policy, KYB/KYC where needed, abuse handling and cooperation with the authorities. Compliance is what protects serious customers.

Are you an alternative to US hyperscalers?

For those who need European data residency, clear jurisdiction and verifiable governance, yes. We do not compete on low-cost global volume: we sell control, compliance and sovereignty.

Verifiable sovereignty.
