Project independence
Republic CyberBunker is an independent infrastructure, editorial and educational project, promoted by Swiss Innovation Hub. It does not offer anonymous or non-compliant hosting, does not support illegal activity, and is not affiliated with the historical operators of CyberBunker or with Netflix.
Historical accuracy
The The Archive section is a critical archive, written in a neutral tone from public sources. The content distinguishes established facts, allegations and interpretations. Names, sentences and legal qualifications relating to real proceedings should be verified against official records; reports of inaccuracies are welcome and handled promptly.
Reference to the Netflix docuseries
The docuseries Cyberbunker: The Criminal Underworld (2023), directed by Kilian Lieb and Max Rainer, is cited exclusively as cultural context. Project not affiliated with Netflix; no protected material (logo, poster, stills or clips) is used on this site.

The trademarks cited belong to their respective owners. Any archive screenshots (e.g. Wayback Machine) are used, where present, for citation and historical commentary purposes, in a limited extent and subject to legal review.
Rendering and technical claims
The premium datacenter images are creative-direction renderings. The technical data of the infrastructure is published only after verification and confirmed during the assessment phase.
